 The full outline of topics

The Topics and Scaffolds within topics

It’s Nice To Be Nice, a transformational approach to peace, balance, and harmony covers four topics: The self, The work, The extended better self and The Higher self; however, the introduction almost qualifies as a fifth topic because it provides the essential and guiding premise for self-mastery: Only what is within a person will come out.

From this begins the work of the next four topics that provide guided introspection to cultivate what is within. The introduction provides an overview of the premise of the text: Only what is inside of you will come out of you.

The self--Topic 1

The self—begins the text’s guided introspection with personal assessment; includes approaches for each area below:

*Personal inventory
*Maximizing the good
*Areas to improve
*Becoming the better self

The extended better self--Topic 3

The extended better self—expands the cultivating of traits that maximize personal conduct, having taken inventory as well as having addressed the areas to mitigate, minimize, or eliminate (during The self  and The work, respectively);

The even better self expands on those topics and includes approaches and scenarios in the following areas:

*Forgetting who you were
*Refusing to win, compete, or be the expert
*Avoiding congratulations and condemnation
*Knowing who’s who
*Don’t try. Don’t force. Cooperate.
*Live in the Moment
*What are you thinking
*Don’t play the match game. Play the match game.
*The next right step
*Review of cultivating the even better self
*Transition to the next topic The Higher self
